The cycle of the Etelux glove box is a closed cycle. Driven by the fan, the gas in the box passes through the purification column in the purification system and then returns to the enclosure. After a long period of circulation, the purification column gradually absorbs the trace amounts of water and oxygen in the enclosure.
What to do if the high vacuum valve of the Etelux glove box cannot be opened
(1) The working gas pressure of the gas cylinder is too low, the pressure should be 0.5MPa;
(2) The high vacuum baffle valve is mechanically damaged or the solenoid valve package is burned out.
(3) Loose lines, poor contact, etc.
The solutions are as follows:
(1) Solution adjust the output pressure of the pressure gauge to 0.5MPa;
(2) The solution is to replace the new wire package;
(3) Solutions to tighten the line;
