Automatic Glove Box Door

The glove box antichamber door has been upgraded from manual opening to automatic opening. There are two modes for automatic opening:

1. Step mode
2. Automatic mode

Among them, the stepping mode is a menu question and answer operation, which truly realizes human-computer interaction.

Operation process in automatic mode:

Automatic mode is to select “Main antechamber automatic mode” in the menu. In the automatic mode, when the glove box needs to be fed and discharged, the inner and outer doors of the antichamber will be opened in sequence. The user only needs to put the material into the antichamber after the door of one antichamber is opened, and then take out after the door of the other antichamber is opened Only the materials are needed. During the whole process, the antichamber door is automatically opened and closed, which is very convenient. At the same time, a sensor is installed on the antichamber door. When the antichamber door begins to close, if the user’s hand reaches the vicinity of the antichamber door, the movement of the antichamber door will immediately change and open, and the user does not need to worry about being caught by the antichamber door.

Stepping mode operation process:

1. Pump vacuum
2. Gas supplement
3. The inner door opens
4. The inner door is closed
5. Open the outer door

6. The outer door is closed.
