Method: The glove will enter the glove box.
5, loop open but the fan is not turned
Cause: The voltage is unstable causes the fan inverter protection.
Method: After the voltage is stable, turn off the machine after 1 minute.
6, Main and mini antechamber can’t breathe
Cause: 1 The pumping hole in the large and small bun is blocked by a plastic film. 2 The antechamber is leaked or is not tight, or the size of the size is seized.
Method: 1 Determine the position of the pore position according to the pipeline direction, and the pipeline is cleared. 2 Tour the antechamber and check the size of the bunk seal.
Note: If the big antechamber can’t evacuate, it may be insufficient working gas pressure, and the pressure is required to be 0.4-0.6MPa.
7, cleaning function is abnormal
Cause: The pipeline behind the cleaning valve is not smooth or the working gas pressure is not open.
Method: 1 guarantee that the pipeline is smooth, don’t be bent; 2 The pressure of working gas is insufficient, and the pressure should be 0.4-0.6MPa.
8, big and small antechambercan’t make up
Cause: 1 The pores leading to the large bin in the glove box may be blocked by plastic films. 2 The pressure of the box is low, causing alarm.
Method: 1 Determine the position of the pore or dredging the piping according to the pipeline direction; 2 the box pressure is set to a positive value.
