- Fill in the use record in time after operating the glove box, including “user, water oxygen value, and what to do”.
- When replacing the gas cylinder in the glove box, the pressure is set to the default value of ± 4mbar.
- The daily working pressure is set according to the operation comfort. When it is not used for a long time, the pressure is set at 1-6mbar.
- Regularly check the wear of gloves, check the oil level of vacuum pump (between the upstream and downstream markings), and add pump oil properly.
Clean the water probe once every 5.2-3 months to ensure the detection accuracy. (it also needs to be referred to according to the actual situation of the environment in the box of different users)
- If you often use organic solvent in the glove box, it is recommended that you change the organic solvent adsorption material regularly, no later than 1 year.
- Replace the filter element regularly, no more than two years at the latest.
- According to the actual use of your glove box, determine the replacement cycle of vacuum pump oil. For example, the pump oil turns black and yellow, and there is water or more organic solvents in the pump oil. The pump oil change cycle shall not exceed 2 years at the latest.
- If a large number of organic solvents are inevitably exposed in the experiment, it is necessary to stop the circulation for the experiment. After the experiment, first clean and then open the circulation.
- If the environment in the box is toxic or harmful gas, the air outlet of vacuum pump, regeneration gas outlet and cleaning valve outlet shall be discharged to the outside with exhaust pipe (if it is not allowed to be discharged to the outside, exhaust gas treatment shall be done first).
