First of all, let’s talk about the gloves, which are more prone to wear and tear

The basic procedure is as follows.
- Push the gloves to be replaced into the box;
- Remove the outer O-ring, and then move the inner O-ring to the outer groove of the glove opening;
- roll the glove onto the outside O-ring, taking care not to let the glove fall off the glove opening;
- compress the new glove as much as possible to push out the air inside;
- fitting the new glove over the glove opening over the old glove;
- install o-rings on the outside of the new glove, over the grooves inside the glove opening;
- from inside the glove box, remove the old glove into the box with the other glove;
- installing the o-ring on the outside of the new glove, on the groove on the outside of the glove opening
- remove the old glove through the transition chamber for proper disposal.

The other component, the vacuum pump, requires more maintenance.
First, connect the vacuum pump to the box with a bellows.
(Before installing the clamp, make sure the sealing ring and flange surface are clean and undamaged)

In general, the maintenance of the vacuum pump is focused on several areas - check the vacuum pump oil level at 2/3, insufficient should be added in time. 2. check whether the vacuum pump oil has been damaged by the vacuum pump;
- check whether the vacuum pump oil is contaminated, if so, please replace it immediately;
- whether the vacuum pump is noisy.
It should be emphasized here:
Perform an oil filter check every six months to ensure that the oil filter is not clogged.
Vacuum pump oil change, carried out every six months, replace the special vacuum pump oil.
Changing the pump oil is also to have a method:
-Operate the start-up pump, let it run for about ten minutes to let the oil get hot, and then turn off the pump
-Close the glove box;
-Disconnect the power supply to the vacuum pump and disengage the vacuum pump from the glove box vacuum system;
-Remove one of the oil filler nozzle captive caps;
-Place a block under the pump motor so that the pump can be tilted to one side, and place a suitable container (not less than 1L) under the drain cap, open the drain plug and allow the oil to drain into the container;
-Put back the drain cap and remove the gasket;
Inject the new pump oil from the oil filling hole and add it to the two-thirds position of the oil level observation window;
-Complete the oil change, wipe off the oil and reconnect the pump to the glove box;
-If the oil discharged from the pump is contaminated, please put clean oil, please repeat the above steps until the oil in the pump is clean.
After changing the pump oil
The vacuum pump is ready to use again.
