1. Acrylic glove box does not need special installation, just lay it flat on the flat ground or shelf.
2. Open the glove box packaging box and put the acrylic glove box in place. First check whether the fasteners on the glove box are loose during transportation. If there is any looseness, please tighten them.
3. Check the tightness of the operating room of the acrylic glove box:
Close the connection door, connect the air inlet and outlet, open the air source, and vent the air into the operating room until the glove bulges to a certain extent, then close the air source. Simple detection standard: Use soap bubbles, apply to the joints to see if there is bubbling. If there is bubbling, check whether the gas connection, glove connection, and power connection are loose during transportation. If there is any looseness, please tighten them.
4. Check the tightness of the acrylic glove box transition box:
Please prepare a three-way connection. The three connectors are respectively connected to the air source, vacuum pump, and the air inlet of the transition box. After connection, close the connection door and outer door of the acrylic glove box, and perform a test vacuum. When the vacuum gauge pointer reaches- 0.1Mpa, first screw the ball valve to the closed state, and then turn off the vacuum pump. Test standard: smear the junction with alcohol to see if the pointer of the vacuum gauge points to -0.1MPa. If there is a leak, check the gas interface, glove interface, and power interface Whether it is loose during transportation, please tighten it if it is loose.
