1. The H2O&O2 content is greater than 200ppm
Reason: debugging or misoperation of the new chamber.
Method: Stop the cycle, start the purging, purge to below 100ppm, and start the cycle.
2. The screen shows that the main valve pressure is less than 0.4MPa or the main valve signal is faulty
Reason: Insufficient air pressure.
Method: Change the gas cylinder and increase the pressure to 0.4-0.5MPar.
3. The screen displays “Pump Switch Off”
Reason: The resistance of the vacuum pump is too large, causing a trip.
Solution: After repairing the vacuum pump, open the electric chamber and close the trip switch.
4. The loop cannot be turned on
Reason: Instability of voltage caused inverter protection, which made it impossible to start the cycle.
Solution: Wait for the voltage to stabilize and restart the glove box to solve the problem.
5. Gas consumption during regeneration is much smaller than before
Reason: The content of organic solvent in the glove box is too high, the organic solvent enters the circulation system during the cycle, and the one-way valve on the regeneration gas pipeline is blocked by the organic solvent during regeneration.
Method: ①Change the one-way valve to a straight valve, and set the regeneration pressure to 0.03~0.04Mpa; ②Observe whether the regeneration gas flowmeter shows about 20ml/min, otherwise adjust the pressure of the pressure reducing valve.
