Product introduction:
CGM-2F is a small two-channel gas mixing system for the control of inert gas. It can be used in small tube furnaces, glove boxes, plasma cleaners, small PECVD systems, etc.

Two float flowmeters can control the flow rate between 16 and 160 mL / min
A mechanical pressure gauge: 0-1.0 MPa, (0.02 MPa / grit)
Three needle valves made of 304 stainless steel
