4, connect the vacuum pump to a valve on the antechamber, open the vacuum pump, slowly open this valve, pumping the system (if the speed of opening the valve is too fast, may cause gloves expand).
5, when the vacuum table pointer drops and stabilizes in -0.1MPa, the vacuum is complete, and the valve should be turned off first.
6, then charge the inert gas into the chamber through another valve until the air pressure is slightly higher than the atmospheric pressure (the air pressure gauge index is 0 MPa), so that the pressure in the chamber, the pressure is substantially balanced, and the internal is slightly higher than the outside, which can guarantee the atmosphere not penetrate the interior of the chamber (if you want to make the gas in the chamber, it is best to repeat the above pumping and inflatable process several times). Turn off the three-way valve connecting the glove interface, open the cover on the glove interface, you can operate.
