1) Fill in the use record in time after operating the glove box, including “user, water oxygen value, what to do”.
2) When replacing gas cylinders in the glove box, the pressure is set to the default value ± 4 mbar.
3) The daily working pressure is set according to the operating comfort. When not in use for a long time, the pressure is set to 1-6mbar.
4) Regularly check the wear of gloves, check the oil level of the vacuum pump (between the upstream and downstream markings), and add the pump oil appropriately.
5) Clean the water probe once every 2 to 3 months to ensure accurate detection. (Also need to refer to the actual situation of the environment in different user boxes)
6) If you often use organic solvents in the glove box, it is recommended that you regularly replace the organic solvent adsorption material, not later than 1 year at the latest.
7) Replace the filter element regularly, no later than two years.
8) According to the actual use of your glove box, decide to replace the vacuum pump oil cycle, such as black and yellow pump oil, water or more organic solvents in the pump oil. The oil replacement cycle should not exceed 2 years at the latest.
9) If a large amount of organic solvent is inevitably exposed during the experiment, the cycle needs to be stopped for the experiment. After the experiment, first clean and then start the cycle.
10) When the environment in the box is toxic or harmful gas, the exhaust port of the vacuum pump, the exhaust port of the regeneration gas and the exhaust port of the cleaning valve should be exhausted to the outdoor with an exhaust pipe (when exhaust is not allowed to be outdoors, the exhaust gas treatment must be done first).
