When using the glove box, you will inevitably encounter some small faults. How do you solve them when you encounter problems?
Have you encountered the following problems?
1. The water and oxygen content of the glove box is greater than 200ppm
Reason: New box debugging or misoperation.
Method: Stop circulation, start cleaning, wash to below 100ppm, start circulation.
2. The glove box screen shows that the main valve pressure is less than 0.4MPa or the main valve signal is faulty
Reason: insufficient air pressure.
Method: Change the gas cylinder and increase the pressure to 0.4-0.5MPar.
3. The glove box screen displays “Pump Switch Off”
Cause: The resistance of the vacuum pump is too large, causing a trip.
Method: After repairing the vacuum pump, open the electrical cabinet and close the trip switch.
4. The glove box cycle cannot be opened
Reason: Instable voltage causes protection of the inverter, resulting in failure to open the cycle.
Solution: Restart the glove box after the voltage is stable.
