Functional principle of vacuum glove box
The working gas in the vacuum glove box is between the box body and the purification column (water oxygen adsorber). Under the control and monitoring of PLC, the closed circulation is carried out through pipes, circulating fans, etc. When the working gas circulates through the purification column, its moisture and oxygen are absorbed away, and then return to the tank. As the cycle time goes on, the water and oxygen content in the working gas in the tank gradually decreases, and finally reaches the target of less than 1ppm. After a certain period of circulation, the purification column will be saturated and can be regenerated and reused.
Physical process of molecular sieve absorbing water
When the temperature is low T1, the saturated amount of molecular sieve water C1 is high, which can absorb a lot of water.
When the temperature is high T2, the saturated amount of molecular sieve water C1 is low, and the adsorbed water will be discharged first and evaporated out. The regeneration of molecular sieve is realized by heating and vacuuming.
